Reflections from Kate (me!)

I had an 'aha moment' the other day whilst listening to a new and dear projector friend, that most of the projectors I have come to know, experienced initiations of fire in early life where they felt like aliens, felt misunderstood, amplifyied toxic family situations, were in some way scapegoated/ projected onto for simply 'being' an amplification of unconscious chaos. Our environments did not feel safe and we rarely felt truly deeply seen.

Even though this is sad, it is not something to collapse into victim about. It has no doubt created remarkable humans who are grounded in themselves and self-resourced in chaos, as well as people who struggle with serious mental health and physical illness from the early exposure to unhealth. With the growing Human Design awareness and skills, its time to take projector initiations into our own hands.

The Projector Pod is part of a broader project (excuse the pun ;) called Projector School to provide projectors with the conducive conditions for thriving according to our very specific design.

Projector School is about creating those conditions for projector-specific learning, and conditions for vitality and thriving. I imagine projector children who have access to daily rhythms that are restful, practices for cultivating states of joyful being, skillsets aligned to guiding (not producing or manifesting) and, of course, where projectors are taught the basics of how to operate in and interact with this world according to our strategies and authorities. If I had had this earlier on it would've saved me 30 years of burnouts and crippling states of feeling misunderstood/unseen/bitter and not knowing how to get unstuck.

The human design and projector framework has been a game-changer for me. 

I wish to continually share this game-changer unlearning with other projectors. 

My prayer is that Projector Pod will contribute to shaping conducive conditions for projector children to thrive. Naturally, I see this task as deeply systemic and requires working with the complex intersections of trauma healing, communication, partnership thriving, and aligning to regenerative principles with Earth (my passionate work in this world). This tool of Human Design has the potential to go a long way in understanding our differences and the radical individuation that Spirit invites us into. So that we may have a chance of harmonizing from a place of being deeply seated in the vessel we incarnated into as human beings/designs.

As adults we are somewhere on our projector deconditioning journey, and as the guides of the future, it is our responsibility to get radical about being the most whole and thriving projectors we can be. 

Trusting that the fires we walked through in our early lives were part of our initiations as projectors. We know how to walk this world through the current fires with clarity, effectiveness, health, balance, peace, life-giving principles. And if you are a projector that had your needs met as a child, you can model to us what its like to not have to fight to be seen and have our needs met :)

Either way, the spectrum of projector deconditioning often looks like unlearning, listening to the signals of our bitterness, taking very good care of ourselves, and attuning to the invitation edges. Thus being able to see and guide from a place of health and wholeness.
